Call To Order:
Director James Fisher: 1800
- Quorum achieved.
Acceptance of the minutes:
Motion to accept as read by James Fisher and seconded by Atlas Frost for minutes dated 5 August 2024: Unanimous vote, motion carried.
Secretary Steve Harril:
• IRS Non-Profit letter for ASD Registry Foundation was published in ASD website online portal per IRS requirements
• Donations page for website has begun development. Completion expected by 5 Sept. 2024
• Business Cards have been made for James Fisher, but we need to have cards made for all staff
• ASD Community Committee development began last week. Constitution and Bylaws need to be sent to the Director and Assistant for each ASD community committee. The ASD Policies and Procedures agreement, which is part of the Community committee package, must be signed and returned within 10 working days of reception by the committee Director and Assistant
Treasurer Atlas Frost:

ASD Registry Foundation address is being changed to Pahrump, NV to ensure no conflict of interest. Our first ASD Community Committee will be started in Pahrump, NV with new address in Pahrump.

Discussion was made with all board members in regard to the ASD Registry Online Portal and the elements to be included. James Fisher will be handling the building and launch of the online portal. Unanimous motion for approval.
